May be used for outside mounts beside the trim on the wall. Used for mounting shutters on Patio doors and French doors. Can also be used for inside mounts on windows with existing wall trim to add some depth clearance or if window openings are only slightly out of square. Some caulking may be required. These shutter frames were made of solid Yellow American poplar wood, ready for stain or paint.
